My favourite photos along with some background. These photos are mostly of some sceneries, sky and light shows, a lot of nature shots including mountains / wooded areas, and a general assortment of other photos. I have had a lot of fun while taking these photos and looking at them even now, gives a good feeling. Some of these photos show what can do done from normal photos, converting them into works of art, using photoshop and other tools.

When the border fences between India and Pakistan open during the flag lowering ceremony at the Wagah Border
As part of the flag lowering ceremony at the Wagah border between India and Pakistan (a very high impact, but short ceremony), the border fence is opened for some time, and then closed. In this fence, you can see how the fence is open now.
