Serving milk the traditional way inside Chokhi Daani

In this photo (again in a low a light condition), you can see men serving milk the traditional way, with lots of cream, on a flat thick metal pan over an open flame. This is rich milk, meant for the people working hard on farming, not for city dwellers who don't do the same kind of physical work.
