Large number of fish breaking the surface of the Holy Sarovar o the Golden Temple complex in Amritsar

The sarovar of the Golden Temple complex is teeming with fish (the varieties are not very clear to me though), with both golden colored fish and black-grey colored fish being found very easily (you go near the tank and you will see these fish coming to the surface). In this photo, you can find a large number of fish at the surface of the water.

One of the main entrances to the Holy Golden Temple compound, you can see a steady stream of devotees making their way through the grand gate. And of course, you will always see the presence of the water of the Sarovar, since it occupies a huge chunk of the overall compound.

There is a causeway linking the temple middle with the outside of the sarovar, and this causeway is used by the devotees to pray at the shrine (and at the Guru Granth Sahib) located at the center. At night, the reflection of the light gives an overall beautiful presence.
