The path is a bit high up on the pyramid with people having to climb upto there; further, there is an entry charge to go inside, and the path is also claustrophobic (not meant for those who cannot stand a stuffy environment).

This is a photo of the entry to a small tomb at Giza, just next to the Great Pyramid. Unlike access to the burial chamber of the Great Pyramid (that costs US $ 10), the entrance to this tomb is free and is not very deep (but is of a relative of the pharaoh, not the pharaoh, himself).
