When the fog was covering the top of the pyramid and there was a general level of low visibility and a lot of fog, the sun was not very visible, except for brief glimpses such as this one when it shone through the fog and clouds.

It is rare for people to see such a sight, most public photos do not show the top of the pyramid covered with fog; we saw this sight for a period of around 1 hour before the sun came out and dissipated the fog.
