A huge metal disc meant to be in the shape of a gong in the village of Chokhi Dhani

An adaption of the time before we had electric bells and ringers, although the concept of metal gongs (struck with a huge hammer) to make a loud clanging notice is something that is not unique. The only difference with this object is that it is made much larger in size than the normal gong.
