In this photo, you get a glimpse of many smaller structures right next to the Great Pyramid. There are many workers around a specific structure, so could be some excavation or restoration happening nearby. You can also see a smaller pyramid in the background (smaller than the Cheops pyramid, but part of the complex of 3 huge pyramids).
