The Karnak temple is a pretty large temple, with a lot of walking required by tourists; in fact, even when walking from the parking to the entrance, it can be quite a distance. You need to be sure that you are in a good condition to spend the energy required to wander through the temples (and this is even more so if you have visited the other tourist destinations in Luxor).
