Buff cheeked gibbon at the Singapore zoo in its exhibit at the Singapore Zoo. This gibbon is now considered engangered with a loss in numbers of more than 50% over the past 45 years, and is found in the wild in South East Asia (Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos). These animals feed mainly on leaves and fruit, with an averge group size of 3-5 individuals. This Gibbon is also known as the yellow-cheeked Gibbon, Golden Cheeked Gibbon, and a couple of other even longer names.
